He is survived by: his sister Janet; his cousin Fred Combs; his wife Kathy Alford (Carl); his children, Kristin (Jeff Reuter) and Warren Alford; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Johnson (Brian), John II and Meagan Reuter; and his great grandchild Willow Johnson.
