James Alan Buri Obituary

James Alan 'Jim' Buri, 72, of Tempe, passed away on Monday, October 28, 2019 in Tempe. Jim, a retired warehouse manager, former business owner, and man of many trades was born on October 13, 1947 in Davenport, Iowa to Roy and Mabel Buri.

He is survived by his wife, Connie and his children Scott, Beau, Amber, Renee, Micah, Jamie, and Tiana. Jim was preceded in death by his daughter, Katrina. He is also survived by his siblings, John and Carol, as well as 13 grandchildren.

Jim and Connie married in January of 1967.

Jim is a veteran of the Vietnam War. He served honorably in the army from 1968 to 1970 and achieved the rank of Specialist E-4.

Jim was a family man and hosted large gatherings with his children and grandchildren regularly.

Memorial services were held in Casa Grande, AZ.
