It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judith Gail Shirley (Tempe, Arizona), born in Oakland, California, who passed away on November 20, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Kerr and Fran Kerr; her sister Janet; and her grandchildren, Holden and Hannah.
She is survived by: her husband Frederick William Shirley; her children, Kendra Marie Benedict, Kevin Frederick Shirley and Kent William Shirley; her daughter-in-law Amanda; and her grandchildren, Madelin, Maya, William, Abby, Owen, Nate, Dayton, Taylor, Samantha and Alexandra. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, we request that donations be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation or International Rett Syndrome Foundation, Tunnel to Towers Foundation Since 9/11, Tunnel to Towers has been helping America's heroes by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children and by building custom-designed smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders.
