He was predeceased by: his parents, Yu Chih and Yu Ngan Wa Tang; and his brother Albert. He is survived by: his wife Gratia Lew; his sisters, Kitty and Angela; his daughters, Jean and Aileen; and his granddaughters, Olivia, Audra and Leah. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
