“I knew Mariana as my neighbor for 26 years. During that time, she seemed to work 24 hours a day - she amazed me. When my daughters were young, she watched them during the day AND managed a paper route at night. I spoke to her last Saturday morning while she was out watering her plants (she has a gazillion). She stopped for a few minutes to give my dog some love (and accepted his kisses on her nose in return) - I think she preferred animals over people. I will miss her.”
