She is survived by: her brother Richard; her sister-in-law Diane Davis Collins; her nephew Richard West (Jacqueline Ann Collins); her great-nieces and great-nephews, William Albert and Maelle Jennifer; her niece Leslie Collins Cook; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lexie, Tyler and Kendall. She is also survived by her many friends and family.
