He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Baniszewski and Rose Baniszewski. He is survived by: his daughter Lori; his wife Nancy Carlson; his sons, Dick and Chris; and his children-in-law, Stacy Baniszewski and Art Pawelczyk. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and his one great grandchild.
