He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Everett Alexander and Garnett Alma White Alexander; and his sister Diane McElroy. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sons, Ted Brian Alexander, Douglas Lee Alexander (Amy) and Richard Scott Alexander; his granddaughters, Johannah Joy Alexander, Cassidy Charis Alexander and Leah Elaina Alexander; and his brothers, Bob Alexander and Don Alexander.

In lieu of Flowers donations may be made to Phoenix Rescue Mission or Hospice of the Valley.
