He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Ingram. He is survived by: his mother Lois Ann Carroll (Jones) of Columbus, Ohio; his wife Victoria Ingram of Tempe, AZ; his son David Ingram of Kingman; his siblings, Mary-Lynn Rourke of Elmira, NY and John Chilcott (Vicki); and his siblings' child Casey of Florida.
