It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sharon Brightbill of Tempe, Arizona, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on April 17, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Sharon departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Sharon. Though Sharon may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She is survived by : her father John; her significant other Billy A. Brightbill; her siblings, James Reedy (Fran), Kathy Brooks (John) and Milisa Hanson (Dale); and her children, Jon Brightbill (Andrea) and Aimee Lowe. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Mass was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (1800 E Libra Dr, Tempe, AZ 85283). A burial was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1562 E Baseline Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204).
