He is survived by: his parents, Carol Hencz of Fountain Hills, Arizona and Edward Hencz of Fargo; his brother Jeff Hencz of Mill Creek, Washington; his nephews, Justin and Casey Hencz of Washington; and his brother Bandit.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in honor of Tom to the First Presbyterian Church of Fountain Hills, or the American Diabetes Association.
