She was predeceased by: her husband Refugio Ochoa; and her parents, Mosies Sanchez and Rosa Sanchez. She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Vian, Raymond Sanchez, Beatrice Montez, Natalia Lozano and Arnold Sanchez; and her children, Ruth Merrill (Phil), Rocky Ochoa (Sandi) and Paul Ochoa.
