He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Harry Earl and Catherine Agnes Littlefield Brockmeier; his close friend Deanna Parkinson (Washington County) of Pintura; his wife Deanna; and his children, Michael, Marilyn, Douglas, Lorilee, David and Kristen.

He met and later married his childhood sweetheart and "Best Friend" Deanna Parkinson of Pintura, (Washington County) Utah.
