She is survived by: her children, Jim Costello (Lisa) of Thatcher and Joanna Hohn of Fullerton, California; and her siblings, Marilyn Herde (Dan) and Bob Bainbridge (Sherry) of Glendale, Arizona. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
