He is survived by: his wife Socorro Tarango; his children, Yolanda Diaz (Alvaro), Maria Escobedo (Harold), Socorro Varela (Juan), Irma Vega (Gabriel), Rosendo (Alice), Manny (Anita) and Tony (Brittany); and his brother Lorenzo. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
