He is survived by: his wife Diane Cox of Thatcher; his children, Evan (Laura), Bradley (Rachel), Phillip (Stacie), Lisa Oliver (Phil), Wendy Hays (Jonathan) and Cheryl England (Robert); and his brothers, Rick, Chris and Max. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
