He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jesus Espinoza (Liz), Ramon Badilla (Chuco) and Emma. He is survived by: his sisters, Anita Badilla, Mary Valdez and Sonia Leyvas; his children, Arturo (Art), Virginia Badilla-Baxter, Naomi Badilla and Ricky Badilla; and his girlfriend Joyce Tindell. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
