Though Benjamin may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Benjamin touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle Gaspar; his children, Michael Lopez, Manuel Rodriguez, Matthew Rodriguez, Ruben Lopez and Melynda Lopez; his mother Dolores Yarber; and his brothers, Hipolito Hernandez, Luis Rodriguez and Ruben Rodriguez. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Martinez Funeral Chapels - Tucson (2580 S 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85713).
