He was predeceased by: his parents, Sally Hammack and Will Hammack; his stepfather Don Culwell; and his aunt Barbara Hammack. He is survived by: his spouse Ngosa Chama; his sisters, Christin Preston (CO), Anne Schmadl (WI), Sherri Ford (TN), Lourri Hammack (OR), Cindi Bennett (GA), April Culwell (WA) and Amber Culwell (NH); his aunt Susan Veltman (OK); his nieces, Elle Goff (NH) and Emmi Ferrera (NH); and his cousins, Melissa Buerge (CO) and Zach Dillingham (WA).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to a youth basketball program of your choice, in honor of Bradlee's lifelong love of the game and commitment to supporting young athletes.
