He is survived by: his mother Nikki Pochily; his stepfather Jeffrey Pochily; his father Jason Jackson (Davina); his stepmother Maira J. Smith (Esteban); his sibling Kenedy Agurcia; his mother-in-law Davina Jackson; and his pets, Onyx and Brutus.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the APEX Scholarship Foundation, a cause dear to Brock's heart.
