With solemn reverence, we commemorate Carmen G Higgins (Tucson, Arizona), whose life came to an end on December 28, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel S. Gradillas and Francisca Gradillas; her husband William Higgins; and her son Steve Higgins. She is survived by: her children, Gene Higgins (Jennifer), Lisa Higgins and Chris Higgins (Laura); her grandchildren, Richard, Joey, Stevie, Stephanie, Michael and Myla; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Kyle and Easton. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
