With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlene K Dufresne of Tucson, Arizona, born in Cheboygan, Michigan, who passed away on May 25, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Charlene find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlin Helmer and Barbara Miller; her stepfathers, Robert Miller and James Steinka; her sisters, Colleen Hull and Barbara Goodman; and her brother-in-law Melvin Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Melvin Byrd; her son Joshua Dufresne (Kelly); and her stepson Antoine Byrd (Erin).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the East Lawn Palm Mortuary (5801 E Grant Rd, Tucson, AZ 85712).
