She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren H. Brelia and Alma S. Brelia; her husband Jack Edward Perry; and her son James Joseph Ondrek. She is survived by: her daughter Jeanne Marie Ondrek Arnold (Timothy); her stepdaughter Jackie Perry Gould; her grandson Dustin J. O. Bedore; her stepgrandchildren, Taylor Arnold, Cristy Arnold Lindner, Adam Gould, Brittany Gould and Kaitlyn Gould; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lucas, Lauren and Madison O'Brien; her nieces, Amelia Alma Brelia Davis, Brenda Brelia Lamoy and Suzanne Brelia Burnett; and her nephew Joseph Brelia.
