He was predeceased by: his parents, Artemisa L. Rincon and Frank M. Rincon. He is survived by: his wife Sally Rincon; his sons, Armando Rincon and Richard Rincon; and his brother Frank Rincon (Diane). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carrillo's Tucson Mortuary (South Chapel) (240 S Stone Ave, Tucson, AZ 85701). A prayer was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Arizona Veteran's Memorial Cemetery-Marana (15950 N Luckett Rd, Marana, AZ 85653).
