He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Mae Jacobs; his children, Daniel Lee Jacobs Jr. (Cherie), Emil Charles Jacobs (Leah) and Lisa Ann Jacobs (David); his grandchildren, Matthew Jacobs (Tonya), Rachele Jacobs, Grant Jacobs, Amanda Jacobs and Jessica Jacobs (Jordan); his great grandchild Maya Rose Jacobs; and his sisters, Hermelinda Jacobs, Isola "Shaggy" Jacobs and Wera Jacobs. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
