David will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edwin Rodgers and Hazel Marion Rodgers (Azar); and his brother-in-law Bertrand Casties. He is survived by: his sister Betty Rodgers Casties; and his nephew Christopher Casties (Megan (Pelletier) Casties).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Eastgate Funeral Service (3117 E Century Ave, Bismarck, ND 58503).
