He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Noel and Pauline Noel; and his grandson Logan Noel. He is survived by: his wife Isabel Noel; his children, Jeff Noel, Sheila Noel (Mark Pylypiak), Anjala Matalone (Joey), Sergio German (Pam), Danny German and Belen Lettran (Jade); his brother John Noel; and his niece Hilary Brimhall (Josh). He is also survived by 30 grandchildren.
