We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2023, at the age of 28, Devin James Kilcoin of Tucson, Arizona, born in Oneill, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jim, Sharon Kilcoin and Verdel Myers; and his cousin Scott Schaaf. He is survived by: his parents, Marty Kilcoin (Kita Kilcoin) of O'Neill, NE and Lisa Kilcoin (Myers); his wife Tierra Young Kilcoin; his siblings, Alicia Parks, Douglas, Karissa Sidak and Dawson Kilcoin; his grandmother Joyce Myers; and his aunts and uncles, Jody (Randy Morgan), Tracy Kilcoin, Jim (Stacy Kilcoin), Linda Kilcoin, Kari (Coldy Rhodes), Jeff (Beth Shaffer) and Tommy Shaffer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
