She is survived by: her siblings, Rafael Castillo (Blanca), Roberto Castillo (Francisca), Rodolfo Castillo (Alicia), Mario Castillo (Guillermina), Martha Quiroz (Alfonso) and Ana Julia Arvallo (José); her children, Manuel Saavedra (Michelle), Oscar Saavedra (Maria), Francisco Saavedra (Takiya), Ulises Sanchez (Brenda) and Maria Teresa Saavedra; her grandchildren, Emma, Miguel (Alexandra), Ivette, Amber, Isaiah, Aliyah, Amari, Aliana, Alexia, Alyssa, Amaya and Demitrius; and her great grandchildren, Anaisa, Anthony, Zoey and Aria. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Martinez Funeral Chapels - Tucson (2580 S 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85713). A rosary was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Santa Cruz Catholic Church (1220 S 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85713).
