With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Douglas Koontz (Tucson, Arizona), born in Hagerstown, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 4, 2025 at the age of 70. He was predeceased by: his parents, Plummer E. Koontz, Jr. and Martha Boyer Koontz of Coatesville, Pennsylvania.; and his brother Donald E. Koontz of Huntsville, Alabama.. He is survived by: his children, Jason, Stephanie, Makenzie, Ryley and Madalyn; and his siblings, Gary Koontz (Linda) of Crossville, Tennessee and Kathy Hawk (Ron) of Coatesville, Pennsylvania.
