Elizabeth Chu Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Chu (Tucson, Arizona), who passed away on May 13, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Michael Chan and Rebecca Chan; her brothers, Anthony, Edward and Thomas; her spouse Hong Chu; and her daughters, Caroline and Tiffany.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the CA Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as part of the Elizabeth C. Chu Memorial Scholarship.
