She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover England and Hattie England (Penry); her husbands, Reid Bailey and Lowell Rupp, Jr.; her daughters, Cynthia Eggert and Susan Hadden; her son-in-law Ronald Siefert; and her siblings, Russell, Wayne, David, Roy, Ralph, Elmer, John England, Nellie England, Opal Koons and Mary Kennedy.
She is survived by: her former husband Lyle Varns; her daughters, Bev Hamman (Kenny) of Red Oak, Debbie Siefert of Red Oak and Donna Lynam (Gary Newman) of Red Oak; and her sister-in-law Patricia England of Clarinda, Iowa. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren.
