We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2025, at the age of 90, Ernest A. Moreno (Tucson, Arizona) passed away. Family and friends can send flowers and condolences in memory of the loved one. He was predeceased by: his parents, Loreto Moreno and Lydia Moreno; his wife Aurora; his son Mario; his grandson Michael; his daughter-in-law Kathryn (Martin); and his siblings, Lydia, Romelia, Emma, Raquel, Beatriz, Juanita, Francisco and John.
He is survived by: his children, Martin (Elba), Jerry (Monica) and Leonor (Howard); his sister Leonor (Howard); his cousin Emma; his daughter-in-law Elba; Eva and Alvaro. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sensible Funerals & Cremation (109 W Grant Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705). A reception will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Parish (215 S Craycroft Rd, Tucson, AZ 85711).
