He was predeceased by: his father Fayron Theodore Chapman. He is survived by: his mother Janie Delores Nelson (Wash Cade); his children, Fayron Chapman Jr. and Rashaunda Chapman; his granddaughter Ava Simpson; and his siblings, Priscilla Golston, Monica Cade and Timothy Cade. He is also survived by other family members, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ideal Missionary Baptist Church or VFW Post 549 in his memory.
