He is survived by: his wife Rosa Elena Sagarnaga Contreras; his sons, Francisco Jr. (Angelica), David, Juan Jose (Gabriela) and Raymond (Lucinda); his grandson David Tucker; and his siblings, Maria of Jesus, Benigno, Norberta and Manuel. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren.
