As Frank departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Frank may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Frank leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Santoro and Lillian Santoro; and his son Steven Santoro. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Santoro; his son David Santoro; and his granddaughter Amber Santoro.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Resurrection Lutheran Church (11575 N 1st Ave, Oro Valley, AZ 85737).
