She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Golden Smith and Harriet Smith; her husband Robert Milan Hanshaw (Bob); her siblings, George, James and Phyllis; her children, David Hanshaw (Kelly), Robert Hanshaw (Coleen), Bridget Pearson and Leah Jones (Nick); her grandchildren, Robert Hanshaw, Carol Edwards, Jeffery Crane, Ashley Hanshaw (Lee), David Hanshaw and Brittany Rose; her great grandchildren, Jena, Thea, Lindsey, Skyler, Conner, Anna and Miles; her siblings, Jack Smith (Nancy) and Vivian Tripp; and her great grandchild Bret Stettler.
It was Frieda's wish that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Camp Kesem, an organization that supports children who are affected by their parent's cancer.
