He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Ann Spragg (Fryett); his niece Jessica; his son Gary; his siblings, Scott (Mary), Kristi (Ernie), Lori, Eric (Candy Lopez), Steven (Tara) and Dan Stevens; his nibling Leigh; his former wives, Shannon West and Lisa Hampton; and his stepchildren, Ethan, Gracie and Whitney.
