He was predeceased by: his wife Alicia; his son Gilbert; and his parents, Micaela and Lucio Rivera. He is survived by: his sisters, Gloria and Lucy; his niece Irene; and his children, Robert, Richard, MaryLisa and Angie Tineo. He is also survived by eight grandkids, thirteen great grandkids, and six great great grandkids.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Holy Hope Cemetery (3555 N Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705).
