With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harriet Jean Counes of Tucson, Arizona, born in Battle Creek, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 16, 2025 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her husband Jim; and her daughter-in-law Wendy. She is survived by: her sister Virginia; her children, George and Christina; her children-in-law, George Karakey and Kerri; and her grandchildren, Kathleen, James, Nicholas and George. She is also survived by her family, friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (3015 N Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705).
