He was predeceased by: his wife Norma A. Moreno; his parents, Jose Moreno Cazares and Maria (Carmen Moreno); and his siblings, Jose Ernesto, Alfredo, Carmen Flores, Rosa Maria Duarte, Miguel Angel, Francisca Vega, Herminia, Marcos and Ramiro.
He is survived by: his sisters, Maria and Martha Elena Moreno; and his children, Norma Munoz (Martin), Hector Moreno (Suzanne), Gilbert Moreno (Cassandra) and Maria J Cazares (Alejandro). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
