She was predeceased by: her parents, Tilman Hippie and Manda Hippie (Aaberg). She is survived by: her husband John Hoy (Jerry); her children, Todd Hoy (Tammi) of Parker and Robyn Wallace (Brian) of Parker, Colorado; her grandchildren, Jack, Connor, Nathan Hoy, Boston, Noel and Clay Wallace; and her brother Harold Hippe of Tucson.

The family has requested that, in lieu of gifts and flowers, those motivated to give in honor of Helen would donate to the American Diabetes Association.
