He is survived by: his wife Linda Pennington; his children, Jennifer Stewart, Amber Yost (Tony) and Brian Pennington (Ian); his stepchildren, Phil Miller (Carla) and Cherri Miller; and his sister Teresa Simmons (Jerry). He is also survived by two nieces and five great nieces and nephew.
