He is survived by: his children, James Earl Martin, Jr. of Tucson, AZ and Patti Duty (Rick) of Sand Springs, OK; and his grandchildren, Lindsey Thomas (Travis) of Mounds, OK, Megan Martin (Kyler) of Sapulpa, OK, Justin Duty, Toby Duty of Sand Springs, OK, Thomas Chase of Pryor, OK and Clifford Chase of Colorado. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
