He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Turney and Agnes Turney. He is survived by: his wife Julie Turney; his children, Jeffrey Turney (Carla), Nicole Pargas and Stacy Hobbs; his grandchildren, Nicole Sandoval, Ethan Sandoval, Savannah Turney, Adam Pargas, Tanika Pain (Ricky), Michael Hobbs and Roxann Grijalva; and his sisters, Doris Sindle and Virginia Mooney. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
