She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rittner and Florence Augusta Vater Duffield; her husband Howard Robert Hufford; her siblings, Ann Lagerbom (Charles) and James Duffield (Judy); and her son Rick Hufford.

She is survived by: her children, Dawn Esparza (Robert), Denise Sanchez (Fred), Mark Hufford (Tammy) and Brenda Sanchez (Raul). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
