He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus and Sophia; and his brother Ray. He is survived by: his wife Liz Espinoza; his daughters, Mary (Richard), Gina (Buford), Renee (Raleigh) and Laura; his grandchildren, Desiree (Danny), Richie, Diego, Matthew, Sydney, Simeon, Marisa and Caleb; his great grandchildren, Briella and Juilian; and his siblings, Annie, Mary, Sonya and Art. He is also survived by many Brother and Sister in law's and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and Godchildren.
