“Remember John while I was at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC as a new nurse. He was helpful and informative. Met him again when he moved to Tucson and was working in the emergency room part time and working at Canyon Ranch. Just recently looked him up and was saddened by the news of his passing. Anyone have any info about how this occurred I would be like to hear. Sorry that I didn't keep in touch. Anyone like to update me I would like to hear Michael Lucine R.N. @[email protected].”
