Johnson; his sister-in-law Karen Johnson; his nieces, Amanda Sorena and Kaitlin Truelove; his sister Patricia Ann Bates; his niece Heather Ann Adams (Bates); his son-in-law Scott Adams; his grandson Boyce Adams; his great grandchild Christopher Granvil Bates; and his daughter-in-law Meghan Bates.
