He is survived by: his wife Diana Madrzyk; his children, Diana Lynn Johnston and John Joesph Madrzyk (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Austin Madrzyk (Jenna), Bailey Madrzyk, Spencer Johnston and Sydney Johnston.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Adair Funeral Home – Avalon (8090 N Northern Ave, Oro Valley, AZ 85704). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church (8650 N Shannon Rd, Tucson, AZ 85742). A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at the Holy Hope Cemetery.
